I just love jewelry and lately, the bigger the better. I adore statement necklaces because they can add some sass to just about any outfit. There's nothing better than wearing a t-shirt and jeans and adding a statement necklace to make you feel dressed up. Big earrings are a great way to add some flare to an outfit as well. They are so perfect for the summer time as you can just throw your hair up in a high bun, ponytail, or milkmaid braids and add the earrings. That's why I am drawn to big jewelry for summer them - they make me feel fancy. I have quite a few in my collection and the ones below are a select few of what I'm dying to add to my collection for the summer.

My favorites of the group has to be the two kendra scott pieces - I have been eying those Ellie Earrings in white for a while now! They are perfect for summer (and would look great with a tan!) I think that all my statement picks are perfect for the bright summer dresses and shirts or if you want to dress up a white t-shirt and jeans.

Happy first day of October! Welcome to my favorite month! Why do I love this month so much? Well MY BIRTHDAY is in October, plus there is Halloween (can you say costumes, parties, and lots of candy?!), maybe getting cooler temperatures, the possibility of changing colors of the leaves, pumpkin everything, wearing layers, and scary movies galore on tv. I just love October so much!

Today I am sharing my love for fall flats. As of right now, Birmingham is still pretty warm so wearing flats is a good way to transition from sandals into close toed shoes. I have a large selection of flats but I am always looking for new ones to add to my collection each year.

solesociety amina: the quilted trend transfered onto flats and this one is perfect. It's the perfect blend of classy and comfortable. I love the two toned look and the black toe is so cute.

jessica simpson mandalaye: I recently saw this flat in Belk and I should have scooped it up right then and there. I love the way it looks like just a real pointe shoe so this style has top points from me.

jack rogers chantel: jack rogers makes the perfectly preppy summer sandal but these flats are so perfect for fall. I love the cognac color and the scallops are amazing!

marc jacobs punk mouse: This flat is to die for. Perfect for fall and it add some sass to any outfit.

michael kors kiera: I think the bow on these flats will make any outfit classy. They remind me of something that Blair Waldorf would wear.

tory burch reva: dying for a pair of revas and this one is perfect for fall. I love the nude color because you can wear it for all seasons.

sam edelman cayla: sam edelman can do no wrong and these flats are so pretty. I love the red color - a perfect pairing for some plaid or your perfect ripped jeans.

Happy Tuesday! Now that we have Monday out of the way, let's get on to Tuesday. So lately all things fall have been popping up in stores (even though it's still in the 80's in many places!!) so of course I can't stop thinking about all the new fall trends. My new favorite fall trend so far? The 360 pearl earring.

At first, I was a little skeptical about the 360 pearl earring. I have been a huge fan of a big pearl earring (and constantly wear a pair I've had for atleast 7 years) but this new trend of two sizes at once? I wasn't so sure until fashion week 2014. All my favorite bloggers were posting the pictures constantly so of course I was hooked. Don't those images just inspire you too? Well of course just the other day I HAD to order a set for myself. Right now they are ON SALE at Baublebar! I am constantly checking my mailbox for these beauties to come in - and I am looking for my next pair. What fall trend are you hooked on this year?
